initiative pop 2023
The program of Initiative Pop 2023 is based on cross-border music business seminars & workshops with a focus on a do-it-yourself mindset and long term networking in the greater region. In a two-month period, 16 participants will work together with a team of various educators in a two-part concept. The content will be primarily imparted via digital systems (live online webinars & digital panels) and supported by physical meetings.
01 Application phase
In a six week long application phase from August 14th till September 26th you’ll be able to apply for Initiative Pop 2023. Within 5 minutes you can apply via an online form.
02 Selection phase
We will invite fitting applicants to on online video interview to get to know each other and inform you about your possible selection afterwards.
03 Online Workshops
In the months of October and November the first 6 workshops will take place online, approx. 60-120 minutes long each.
Methodological skills, personal skills and socials skills will be the topics in focus.

04 Real-Life Workshop
The last 6 workshops will be held in person as part of a full weekend event on17th till 19th November in Saarbrücken.
You’ll be able to meet all other students and enjoy our closing event together.
Incl. hotel, catering, networking and fun.
05 individual Online Consulting
You will get the chance to schedule individual consultation with our educators in the end of November.
